You need to be connected to the internet in order to login to the Pigzbe app, see your balance and access the app's features.

If your Wollo is not showing first check you’re signed in to the right account. If you are, try opening and closing the app. 

If you have changed your device and downloaded a new version of the app please make sure you have restored your old account using your 12-word recovery phrase.
